Fact Check Friday

Today marked my first week back to work. I spent a lot of the week preparing for a new teaching position, so I'll just leave you with a couple of quick things:

The last things I have to say about abortion and Planned Parenthood:
  • Here's an article from the Federalist with ideas for things reporters could do to cover Planned Parenthood: "Ideas For Reporters Struggling To Cover Planned Parenthood."
  • Here's something for those who think Planned Parenthood is the only option for women's health care:  "If Planned Parenthood Goes, Where Do Women Go?"
  • My thoughts: Life is valuable. All life. If we could all be more compassionate and change the discussion from abortion to how we can support humanity, we'd be in much better shape. I think babies are great, and so do a lot of people. There's a lot of people who want to have babies that can't. Why don't we help each other out a little bit and talk about how we can solve some problems for people who feel they can't handle taking care of a child and those who don't have children but would like to adopt.
On the environment:
That's all for this week. Maybe more next week.

  1. I happen to think the insight re: abortion & supporting those who feel they can't handle a child & those who don't have children but would like to adopt is a GREAT insight.
