FRANCE: OWH (3/9): "France to introduce fines for catcalls. French Interior Minister Gerard Collumb says the government will soon introduce a $110 fine for street harassment & sexist comments." COMMENT: A spokesperson for French cats told this blog's international news agency "Zees ees intolerable. The word "catcall" ees insulting to French cats. Eet ees stereotyping at eet's worse."
