MENTAL HEALTH MONDAY
As I've shared before, I started blogging as a way to journal, which is one strategy to cope with depression. I admit--sometimes I get a little political, [I know. "Knock me over with a feather."] but I also like to keep things a little bit on the lighter side. Hence, headlines from the Babylon Bee & Shameless Joke-Stealing. Just thought you'd like a reminder.
