Clean Clothes + Passwords + Faith

From column by Sharon Randall, Norfolk Daily News (9/11):  "I like to start each day with clean clothes & a clean soul. Clothes need scrubbing once in a while, but the soul longs to forgive & be forgiven.
"The most powerful stain removed is an apology. It requires no scrubbing, just a few magic words that if spoken from the heart can mend a ruined relationship good as new: 'I am sorry'  'I forgive you.'"
"If you say those words & mean them, your soul will sing. Listen to it closely. You might hear angels singing backup."

From Reader's Digest (June 2018):

  • "Kenny Loggins should team up with Kenny Passwords."
  • "My mother's maiden name is Password."
  • "I needed a password eight characters long, so I picked Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs."

THOUGHT FOR TODAY:  WHAT FAITH IS

“Wait for the Lord; be strong and let your heart take courage.” Ps.27:14

“God does not abandon even him who is weak in faith.”  Martin Luther Psalm by Psalm, Concordia Publishing House, 2017.
