BAPTISM

"How can you trust your Baptism? Because you can trust the Word of the Gospel, for 'it is the power of God for salvation to everyone who believes' (Rom. 1:16). And this is what He says about your Baptism:  'Baptism . . . now saves you, not as a removal of dirt from the body but as an appeal to God for a good conscience, through the resurrection of Jesus Christ' (1 Peter 3:21).
