- "In Pittsburgh, Pirates fans gobble up PittsBurgers, beef patties topped w/french fries & coleslaw on white bread." COMMENT: Does white bread make this an unhealthy treat?
- "In Detroit, Tigers fans scarf down egg rolls stuffed w/apple pie filling or Nutella . . . "
- "At Seattle's Safeco Field, Oaxacan chapulines (toasted grasshoppers with chile-lime seasoning) are a favorite crunch treat for Mariners fans. COMMENT: It's worth remembering that this is an ultra-blue city in a blue state on the Left Coast.
Omaha World Herald (7/3): "Coffee--even decaf!--can keep you going years longer. Longevity boost is found no matter if you have a cup a day or more than eight." COMMENT: And I felt guilty about failing to limit my coffee intake this summer.

Munching on my favorite vegetable, onion rings from Runza, always leaves me feeling more cheery.
